The university hosts several hundred events and welcomes thousands of visitors each year. Auburn University Parking Services is committed to providing visitors, guests, and members of the university community with convenient access to campus to assist in creating an overall positive experience at AU.
The Tiger Transit offers 20 lines for the Fall and Spring semesters and is available to Auburn University students, faculty and staff. Tuition payments include fees associated with the Tiger Transit. Auburn University students with a valid AU ID card have unlimited access to Tiger Transit routes. Faculty and staff have unlimited Tiger Transit access to the internal campus routes with a valid Auburn University I.D. card. To travel to an off-campus, non-academic destination (using either Tiger Transit or Lee-Russell Public Transit), a bus pass must be purchased from Tiger Transit though AU Access and must be picked up at the Parking Services Office.

Biking is a fun and efficient way to get around campus. Auburn University has provided many bicycle racks around campus for those students who ride to campus. All bicycles operated on campus must be registered annually online through Tigeri or brought to the Auburn University Parking Services office and registered.
The War Eagle Bike Share, operated by Gotcha Bike, is a program that provides bicycles for shared use at Auburn University. Students receive a fun, healthy and sustainable mode of transportation around campus without the worries of bike ownership. After completing a ride, users can share miles traveled, CO2 reduced, calories burned and money saved versus driving via social media. The best part? The first two hours each day are free. Have your student create an account by downloading the “Social Bicycles” app or visiting au.gotchabike.com.
